It is a department of individuals serving individuals, from newborn infants to individuals requiring health providers to our most elderly citizens. These challenges impression the power of states to establish and maintain early intervention applications utilizing Community Mental Health Services Block Grant funding. This Priority Goal displays HHS’ efforts to boost the quality of early childhood education for low-income children. All three key measures present unique and essential features of boosting the quality of early childhood programs and companies. This space of labor has been a Priority Goal for every of the earlier Priority Goal iterations. Previously the work was limited to the Administration for Children and Families programs; HHS intends to maintain the same overarching Priority Goal, with its emphasis on enhancing high quality, but add a second Key Indicator for ACF’s Head Start program targeted on growing the % of teachers with a BA.
